Visas

Depending on your citizenship, you may be required to obtain a visa prior to traveling to the Kingdom of eSwatini and/or the country in which you transit through. Please be sure to confirm this with your local embassy/consulate.

Accommodation

We book all accommodation on your behalf prior to your arrival. All participants stay in the Central Business District of Mbabane. Please contact us with your preferred travel dates and we can provide the current accommodation rates.

Meals

Breakfast is typically provided at your place of lodging, while we provide tea time refreshments during lectures. We advise that participants allocate funds in their budget towards meals.

Excursions

While business is the purpose of your travel to the Kingdom of eSwatini, we want to ensure that you are given ample opportunity to explore what the country has to offer. Participants will be taken on a tour of various tourist attractions and shopping malls. You are also free to explore on your own, however, we ask that you inform us of any travel within the country as we want to partner with you to ensure your safety.
